Country Manor’s East Commons Neighborhood is a specialty care community that focuses on caring for individuals experiencing cognitive and memory impairments.

Residents of East Commons often require added structure and assistance in their daily activities. Our dedicated and highly trained staff offer a unique approach to help clients maintain independence while providing just the right amount of guidance and care.


Residents engage in activities, socialize, enjoy peer support and receive health and social services in a stimulating and supportive environment that promotes both physical and mental health. Our individually tailored programs provide compassionate care and meaningful interaction. Building upon the strengths and skills of each individual we serve, East Commons provides a sense of security for tenants and peace of mind for family members through structured daily activities.

22 spacious studios, one bedroom and two bedroom apartments.

Monthly rent prices range from $3,855 – $4,430.

  • Residents of The Senior Apartments gain access to Country Manor's Assisted Living and Home Care Services. Residents can employ these services as needed and/or desired in the privacy of their own homes. Additional fees required.

We believe that participation in activities enhances feelings of self-worth, general health, personal relationships, and communication skills. Because of the variation in the progression of cognitive impairment seen in most clients, our programming is specifically designed to accommodate the right needs at the right time. We design each day in East Commons to be full of purposeful and meaningful activities that are familiar and comforting for the tenants.
